Angel's Share A portion (share) of a wine or distilled spirit's volume that is lost to evaporation during aging in oak barrels. This depleted spirit was said to be taken by the angels in exchange for watching over a distillery or aging house.

Cocktail Recipes

Un Chien Andalou

2.5 oz. lemon juice
2.5 oz. ginger beer
2.5 oz. blanco tequila
2.5 oz. yellow Chartreuse
7.5 oz. fino Sherry
10 oz. water
2.5 oz. rosé Cava
tools: spoon
glass: punch bowl

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and gently stir. Add the largest ice available.
